Is there a free plan?+
Yes! The Free plan includes daily Lumi Learn sessions (up to 10 minutes per day). If you upgrade to a Starter or Family plan, you'll also get access to Revise, Ask Lumi, and voice playbacks.
How does the 7-day trial work?+
You pick the Starter or Family plan and get 7 days of full access. No card required. We nudge you on days 5, 6, and 7. If you don't add a card, Lumi moves to the Free plan — no surprise charge.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Credits you've already earned stay usable until then.
What are credits?+
Credits power Ask Lumi. Each plan includes a monthly allowance: 50 on the Starter plan, or 200 shared on the Family plan. You can also buy top-up packs at ₦1,999–₦19,999.
Which currency am I charged in?+
We default to Naira (NGN) for Nigeria and USD elsewhere. You can switch on the paywall. Paystack locks in whichever you pick at checkout.
How does the Family plan work?+
Up to 4 children share one plan and one credit pool. Each child gets their own profile, placement, and lessons — just one bill.
Which curriculums do you support?+
Nigerian (NERDC), UK National, Cambridge IGCSE, US Common Core, Kenyan CBC, Ghanaian, South African CAPS, and IB PYP/MYP. You can also add custom subjects.
Is my child's data safe?+
Child messages are processed server-side, never shared. Lumi has a 4-layer AI safety stack (plan §16) and a 24-month retention policy. You can request deletion any time.
